Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited has opened its 2026 entry-level recruitment drive for Junior Executive (Engineering) roles. The official advertisement dated 18 April 2026 lists 175 indicative vacancies for candidates with a three-year diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical Engineering and at least five years of relevant post-qualification work experience. BPCL says the selected candidates can be posted across India and may work in operations, maintenance, project, terminal, depot, LPG bottling, pipeline, aviation, or comparable engineering functions based on business requirements.
Eligibility
Applicants should be Indian nationals with a three-year diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution, at least 55 percent aggregate marks with the official category relaxations, and a minimum of five years of continuous relevant post-qualification experience including at least one year in a managerial or supervisory role. The upper age limit for General and EWS candidates is 32 years as on 1 April 2026, with category relaxations as per the official advertisement.
