Role details
IndiGo has scheduled an inflight-services hiring event in **Navi Mumbai on July 30, 2026**, for cabin-crew candidates. The event runs from 9 am to noon at Centuria Aviation Academy, 402 Meridian Business Center, Plot 27, Sector 30, Vashi, behind G Square Business Park, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai 400705.
This is not an unrestricted walk-in. IndiGo says online registration and assessment are mandatory, and shortlisted candidates receive the interview invitation. Candidates without flying experience should apply through the route linked on the [official inflight-services events page](https://www.goindigo.in/careers/hiringevents/inflightservicesevents.html/) before travelling to the venue.
## Freshers apply for Cabin Attendant Grade Training
The fresher route is open to female Indian nationals aged 18 to 27 who hold an Indian passport and have completed at least Class 12 through a recognised board or university. Applicants need fluency and clear speech in Hindi and English, a minimum height of 155 cm and weight proportionate to a body-mass index between 18 and 22. Tattoos must not be visible in uniform.
Previous cabin-crew experience is not required for the trainee route. Selected candidates undergo about three months of training in Gurugram and must clear the required DGCA examinations before being assigned to a base. Candidates need to remain open to relocation according to IndiGo's operational requirements.
## Registration comes before the Navi Mumbai interview
Complete the online application and recorded assessment first. IndiGo will invite shortlisted candidates to the in-person stage. An application without a shortlisting invitation does not by itself confirm attendance at the July 30 event.
Candidates invited to the venue should carry two passport-size photographs, a soft copy and one printed copy of the updated resume, photocopies of Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets, Aadhaar, PAN and an Indian passport. The application ID, age, height and weight should be written at the top of the resume as instructed by the employer.
## Interview-day requirements are specific
The official dress guidance is a half-sleeve shirt, a well-fitted knee-length skirt and black stockings, with sensible preparation for the weather. The selection day may run for a full day even though the listed walk-in window ends at noon.
Former employees of IndiGo or another InterGlobe group company should not use the ordinary walk-in route. The employer asks rehire applicants to follow its separate email process and wait for confirmation.
